The Global Institute of Finance and Banking – TGIF is proud to announce that the New York State Banking Department has determined that financial institutions that support our educational efforts may now receive favorable consideration under the Community Reinvestment Act "CRA."

These institutions may receive positive consideration under the "CRA" category of "Community Development." Thus an investment in TGIF’s programs would be considered favorably by New York State Bank examiners in a "CRA" Performance Evaluation.

TGIF has been successfully educating employees of New York’s financial industry for over 104 years. Investments in TGIF’s programs include: bank membership, contributions of support to the TGIF Prep High School Project and the capital campaign and the prepayment of tuition for the institution’s employees.
